What type of therapy do you offer?
I offer psychodynamic counselling and psychotherapy: both face to face therapy in Barnet, or online or over the phone.
How long does therapy last?
I offer both long and short term therapy.
Who do you work with?
I offer counselling and psychotherapy to adults, older adults and young people from 18 years old.
How do I start therapy?
I offer a free 20 minute initial telephone conversation to discuss your needs and arrange a session.
Then, the initial session would give you the opportunity to meet me. If you have not had therapy before it gives you an introduction to what it feels like to be in therapy. This session, which is about an hour long, has no obligation to commit. We would decide together if I am the right therapist for you.
How often are appointments and how long?
Once you have decided to start therapy, ongoing sessions are 50 minutes each, at the same time and day, weekly.
What are your fees for therapy?
Fees for ongoing sessions are from £70 per session.
Do you offer concessions?
Concessions are sometimes available.
